Research Publication Support in Turkey
Remote UK consultancy for faculty, doctors, and PhD researchers in Turkey who want a verified, ethical route to international journals.
Journal publication services in Turkey
In Turkey, indexed publication is frequently tied to academic appointment, promotion, and postgraduate requirements. That pressure attracts aggressive “Scopus guarantee” marketing. Authors need a credible route: manuscript quality, verified indexing, and a shortlist that matches scope.
Turkey-affiliated faculty, doctors, and PhD researchers can use our research publication support in Turkey via our UK-registered London office. We do not claim a Turkey office. We prepare and advise. We do not publish journals, and we do not guarantee acceptance or indexing outcomes.
Turkey’s research is spread across its major cities. Ankara has Middle East Technical University, Hacettepe University, Ankara University and Bilkent University; Izmir has Dokuz Eylül University, Ege University and Izmir Institute of Technology; and Istanbul has a large academic community of its own. TÜBİTAK is a major national funder. We are independent of all these institutions, and listing them says nothing about any relationship. Our Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir pages describe each city; this one covers matters that apply nationally.
One detail is easy to overlook: the country name in your affiliation. Since 2022 the United Nations has used Türkiye, and many Turkish institutions now write it in their English-language materials, while some publishers and databases still use Turkey. Use the form your institution gives in its official English-language affiliation, and use it consistently across all your papers. Inconsistent affiliations make it harder for indexing databases to attribute your work to you, and we flag any variants we find when we proofread.
Reviewer comments can read as blunt to authors used to a more formal academic register, and a defensive reply costs goodwill. A good response letter thanks the reviewer once, answers each point in order, quotes the changed text with page and line numbers, and, where you disagree, says why with evidence and offers a compromise if one exists. We help structure such letters; the scientific answers remain yours.
Local context we plan around
- Appointment and promotion rules that emphasise indexed output
- High exposure to predatory and guarantee-based offers
- Authors publishing in English for international journals
- Need for clear verification of Scopus claims on official sources
- Academics in Ankara, Izmir and other cities beyond Istanbul who want remote support without having to travel to meet anyone
- Authors whose English-language affiliations, name spellings or ORCID records are inconsistent across their earlier publications
We treat indexing (including Scopus, where required) as a verified constraint, checked on official sources, not as a slogan.

Frequently asked questions

Can you help if my university requires Scopus?
Yes. Readiness and verified shortlist; no acceptance guarantee.
Do you guarantee Q1 Scopus?
No.
Is this different from guaranteed publication offices?
Yes. We refuse guarantee-based selling.
How can I begin if I am writing from Turkey?
info@publishwithscopus.com · +44 330 001 1136 · Message us on WhatsApp.
Should I write Turkey or Türkiye in my affiliation?
Use the form your institution specifies in its official English-language affiliation, and keep it consistent across your papers. If you are unsure, ask your library or research office. Journals and databases handle both forms, but consistency helps attribute your work to you.
What should the ethics statement of a clinical paper contain?
The name of the approving committee, the approval date and reference number where the journal asks for them, a statement on informed consent or the reason it was waived, and trial registration details where they apply. Follow the journal’s guidelines on where these go. We check that the statement is complete and consistent with the methods, but obtaining approval is for your institution.
Important answers
Do you guarantee acceptance or Scopus indexing?
No. Publish With Scopus does not guarantee acceptance, indexing, quartile, or impact outcomes. Journals and indexes make those decisions. We support manuscript readiness, journal selection, submission preparation, and reviewer-response work under ethical standards.
Are you a journal or publisher?
No. We are a UK-registered consultancy (London office). We are not a journal, not a publisher, and we do not control editorial boards or peer review.
Who is this for?
Professors, doctors/clinician-researchers, and PhD researchers who want practical help preparing and routing a manuscript, including Scopus- or WoS-aware planning where that is a real requirement, without predatory or guarantee-based shortcuts.
How do you verify journals / indexing claims?
We treat indexing as something to verify on official sources (for example Scopus Sources for Scopus claims, and the relevant official resources for Web of Science claims), plus the publisher’s own aims-and-scope and APC pages. Unofficial social graphics are not verification. Authors should re-check official sources before submission.
